Do you make customized police, fire or EMS
vehicles?
At this time we only sell the factory released diecast replicas.
These manufacturers have high minimum order quantities. For a list of some custom diecast
makers who use decals, search Google for "custom diecast police cars"
or what you are looking for.
Do you have a print catalog?
Our website is our catalog, and is a COMPLETE listing
of products that we stock or plan on stocking. We do not offer a printed
catalog that can be mailed to you as our stock changes very frequently. We
are constantly adding pictures, new products, etc. to our website.
Do you have a mailing list?
Yes. To sign up for our FREE e-mail mailing list, click
HERE. We occasionally send out a list of new items, special sales and more. You
can unsubscribe at any time.
How do I find what I am looking for on the
website?
While our website is rather large, it is easy to navigate. On the
Main Page, we list the newest items
from all of the product lines we carry. Click on the manufacturer's
logo for a complete list of items in stock from that manufacturer. For
example, click on the Greenlight logo on the main page and a list of all
items in stock and coming soon from Greenlight will be shown.
Do
the emergency vehicles on your site have working lights and/or sirens?
The diecast vehicles on our
site do NOT have working lights/sirens.
The cost of the electronics involved would cause the vehicles to cost
substantially more.
Do you have a
store?
At this time, we are mail order only.
What if the product I want is not on the
website?
If you cannot find a specific product that you want,
check first under the "Coming Soon" sections. "Coming Soon" sections
are available on some of our manufacturer's pages. If it is not
there, then it may not be in stock. To be sure, feel free
to e-mail us your inquiries.
What do you mean by "Coming
Soon"?
The due dates that are listed next to the product listings are the dates
we were told by the manufacturer. All due dates are subject to change.
We cannot promise a due date as we have no control over the
manufacturer.
How long will it take to receive my
order?
We do our best to get orders out within 1-3 days.
Depending on where you live in the U.S., your order should arrive within
7-10 days after you place an order. However, there is a good chance
it will arrive sooner. If you live outside of the U.S., order should
arrive within 1-3 weeks (airmail) or about 4 weeks (surface). Shipping
to Canada takes about 1-2 weeks.
Do you have all items in stock all the
time?
The list of products on our site is a listing of items that we stock,
but we cannot guarantee that all of the items listed are in stock at all
times. However, more than 95% of the time, all items listed on the
site are in stock. If items are temporarily out of stock, they should
be back in stock shortly, unless the item is discontinued by the manufacturer
or we plan to no longer stock the item.
What is the approximate size of the scaled
products?
1:18 scale is about 9 to 12 inches long; 1:24 scale is about 8 inches
long; 1:43 scale is about 5 inches long; 1/64 scale is about 3 inches long.
